Please note the following recommendations for using the KOIOS FOOD PROCESSOR: - Every processing should not exceed 30 seconds. - Please rest for 20 seconds to prevent overheating before processing a large amount of food. - If it loses power due to overheating, unplug and wait 20 minutes before working again. - If the motor is running but the blades cannot rotate, lessen the food and then reprocess. - To prevent the lids or bowls from warping, the temperature of the dishwasher should be less than 140°F/60°C. - There is a safety lock on the bottom of the motor, so please install the motor on the lid properly to ensure normal processing.
